CLARVOX Syrup for cough and sore throat
CLARVOX Cough and sore throat syrup is a medical device used to protect and moisturize the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat. It relieves the symptoms of dry cough, hoarseness, as well as the feeling of dryness, burning and sore throat.
For adults and childrenfrom 1 year of age.
CLARVOX Cough and sore throat syrup can be used as an aid during bacterial and viral infections (e.g. colds, angina), as well as after illnesses to relieve irritation of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat.
CLARVOX Cough and sore throat syrup is recommended for people:
- experiencing symptoms of a dry, irritating cough,
- feeling irritation, sore throat,
- experiencing a feeling of pain and burning when swallowing,
- experiencing a feeling of dryness of the mouth and throat caused by external factors (including staying in unventilated, strongly heated or air-conditioned rooms),
- experiencing symptoms of hoarseness, which may appear, among others, as a result of straining the vocal cords.
The Iceland moss extract used in the CLARVOX product contains numerous mucous substances that create a protective coating that reduces susceptibility to external irritants. The coating substance content facilitates swallowing and limits the cough reflex.
Ingredients: Iceland moss extract (Cetraria islandica L. Acharius), water, sucrose, glycerol, sodium benzoate, xanthan gum, citric acid, natural strawberry flavor.
The medical device is intended for use by adults and children over 1 year of age. The product can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women after consulting a doctor.
To measure the appropriate dose of syrup, use the measuring cup included in the package.
In the case of small children, the product is administered by an adult.
- Children aged 1 to 6 years: 5 ml of syrup 1-2 times a day, depending on need.
- Children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years: 5 ml of syrup 3-4 times a day, depending on need.
- Adults: 10 ml of syrup 3-4 times a day, depending on need.
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use. Do not drink or eat anything for about half an hour after taking it in order to maintain the properties of the protective coating. It can be used regardless of the time of day.
After each use, rinse the measuring cup with lukewarm water and leave to dry (do not use cleaning agents or devices - dishwasher).
- Do not use in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the product.
- May cause a laxative effect in children if used in too large quantities.
- Use only in accordance with the usage instruction.
- The use of the preparation in children under 1 year of age should be consulted with a doctor.
- If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
- Due to the sucrose content (810 mg/5ml), caution is recommended in case of people with diabetes.
If the product is used as an aid in bacterial and viral infections and the symptoms do not improve or worsen after 7 days, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Storage: Store in the original, tightly closed packaging at a temperature of 15-25°C. Protect from light. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Once the bottle is opened, use within 30 days. Do not use the product after the expiry date.
